Scope

Suspended scaffolding access to penthouse suit ledge to install a new liquid membrane.

Description

A sensitive Special Project that required a lot of consideration, we were tasked with the removal and replacement of the waterproofing membrane on a suspended ledge on the 30rd floor. Intensive project planning and working closely with the penthouse suit tenants, and the client ensured their disruption was minimal. We utilized every hour of overtime and weekends, so the project was completed efficiently and as safely as possible.
