Scope

Full Exteriors Replacement from Hail Damage.

Description

This was the second time this complex had been hit by hail in the previous 5 years. This time the damage was extensive to roofing, vinyl siding, eaves trough, fascia and aluminum cladding. After winning the project to complete the repairs, we worked with the client to hail proof their exterior as much as possible. We changed all plastic vents to metal, upgraded the asphalt shingles to class 4 hail impact rated shingles, changed north and west elevations to Fibre Cement siding, and converted all aluminum trims to LP SmartSide Trims. This work was completed in record times and our crews navigated the tight corridors very successfully keeping residents safe and traffic still moving about the complex. This project was also highlighted in the Western Contractor Magazine as a feature article on the largest project to date for the Class 4 rated Shingle by Owens Corning. At the end of the project, the board was so happy with our work that we also then replaced 10 vinyl decks as well.
