Scope

Shingle Replacement and hail repairs.

Description

This Multi building property got caught in the hail storm of 2021. We were tasked with the replacement of the shingles and touch up of select areas of siding which were more exposed to the hail. Setting up access and garbage in locations to allow for full use of the parkades and buildings, we removed the existing shingles, underlayment and metals and commenced installing a new synthetic underlayment, new metals and new shingle system. This gives the property new protection for the next 25+ years. While completing this work, our exteriors crews completed the selective replacement of the hardie siding and completing painting touch ups around the property to the satisfaction of the board and to meet the insurance standards.
