Description

This senior centre in Swift Current had some leak issues which needed review and recommendations. We completed an onsite visual review to create a report with repair and replace options for the client. We were successful in securing the reroof of the shingles and, working with the property management team and engineer, we completed the reroof of this property in 6 days by removing the existing shingles, installing a new full adhered underlayment, new metals and new shingle system. This gives the property new protection for the next 25 years with the least amount of inconvenience for the residence of the senior centre.
