Scope
Tar and Gravel to SBS Roof Replacement.
Description
A manufacturing business' original Tar and Gravel roof had experienced some leaking and drastic changes in temperature between the winter and summer months. This led to a decrease in production costing the business valuable working hours. We worked on many pricing revisions to provide the highest quality roof for the best value and long term needs. This included increasing insulation to maintain the internal temperature for the staff and a new thicker coverboard to counteract the effects of golf balls hitting the roof. Dealing with existing mechanical units and siding, our crews completed this work over the winter while maintaining a weather tight structure through out.
