Scope

Reconstruction and waterproofing of below grade slab of basement.

Description

This old gun safe had stood up well for the last 100+ years.  However, the minimal waterproofing had finally failed compromising the concrete suspended slab.  We were tasked with the waterproofing installation on the below-grade slab of the basement. Once the asphalt was removed and the slab was exposed, it was found the slab and 2' of the basement walls had deteriorated to the point of needing full reconstruction.
