Scope

Re Roofing a tar and gravel and converting it to a PVC Roof.

Description

This was an occupied building that was due for a roof Replacement. The client decided to proceed with a PVC white roof which kept the cooling lower in the summer months. A curve ball was found when we removed the roof and discovered that the Q deck flutes were filled with gravel from the last Re roof where the gravel was hid instead of removed.  We cleaned these and installed a new Air vapour barrier along with more insulation and a new PVC membrane.The entire roof was removed and a new Air vapour barrier installed along with insulation and a PVC membrane. The project ended up going very well and the previous leaks were completely resolved.
