Preventative maintenance on residential t&g BUR roof.

Description

The roof at this residence was failing around the penetration details, scupper outlets, and the perimeter/ridge, the client was looking for solutions and options to carry out preventative maintenance to extend the life of the roof so they could gather the capital for the roof replacement.  We repaired all the needs within budget so they could plan accordingly for the replacement project.
