Scope

Repair multiple leaks in the flat SBS torch on and sloped metal roof systems.

Description

Working with building personnel to investigate, locate and repair multiple leaks in the flat SBS torch on and sloped metal roof systems. The issues on the SBS roofing were repaired by degranulation of the existing surface and the installation of a new cap sheet overlay. The metal roof system had all old and failing repairs buffed to remove any loose membrane, followed by the install of a new liquid membranes to renew the penetration details.
